The Look and Navigation
Infinity Sports makes you wonder if the site was created by a crew of lawyers. While most sportsbooks prefer to stick their rules and legal mumbo jumbo on a separate link, Infinity Sports flaunts it on every page. Want to know about how to make a payout? Well, you're going to have to skim through ten paragraphs of ifs, ands or buts. On the other hand, at least they're being honest about their, well, their demands. Like I said, no nonsense here.
When you first open up the sportsbook, you are also greeted with a "company mission" which is another long dribble about how professional they are. Not to say I don't agree, because Infinity Sports is quite professional, it's just that any real company mission can be summed up in two words, "Make money."
Deposits/Withdrawals
You can make your purchases with credit cards, bank wires, NETeller, FirePay, NETeller Instacash, Instant Check, Moneybookers and Nexum. As for withdrawals, you can use all of these options as well; however, there are some stipulations. According to Infinity, "All payout requests must be made over the phone through a customer service representative, between 9:00am and 1:00pm EST Mondays through Fridays." Huh? They forgot to add, "All withdrawals must also be made from a public payphone while wearing a red hat and a handlebar mustache."
On the flip side, payouts are generally fast and painless, usually getting to you in about one to three business days, depending on the method. Painless, provided you can wake up between 9am to 1pm, that is. I seem to be having a problem with that.
A Load of Betting Types
Infinity Sports International offers a ton of wagering options. You have if win bets, if win or push bets, action reverses, point buying, teasers, parlays and straight bets. You can play a game just about every way you can possibly imagine.
Bonuses and Promotions
20% Cash on initial deposits over the phone, split into a 10% free play and a 10% cash deposit(only 15% on internet deposits, 10% cash, 5% free play). The referral bonus is 10% and reload bonuses are given a 10% free play. The amount of these bonuses must be wagered three times before the amount can be withdrawn. Free plays expire after seven days, so it's important to use them quickly. Furthermore, Infinity Sports immediately mentions under their bonus guidelines that setting up two accounts in order to double your bonus will be met with the freezing of all bonuses and assets made from bonuses, twenty nights in jail and a crucifixion. Seriously, these guys don't mess around.
Customer Service
Customer service is available every day, 24 hours a day. In addition, they offer a live chat option as well as an email and internet message posting service. They are fairly quick to answer the phone and boast that they have 175 wagering clerks ready to take any bets. Although with some sites, you can't understand half of what the representative is saying, Infinity Sports does make it a point to have all their service reps speak fluent English, which is important to avoid your $15 bet from being translated into $50. Oh, that tricky English language.
User Reviews
Users give good endorsements for Infinity Sports. For example, here is a comment from Ellen in Baton Rouge, Louisiana! Ellen, the floor is yours!
"I had a dispute with my balance, so I called customer service. Andrew listened to the tape, solved the problem and I was wagering again within 15 minutes. Thanks for the good service."

Rating
And with that I give this sportsbook a tremendous four star rating. I can't stand the legals and constant patting of their own back, but I have to admit the abundance of betting types intrigues me. If you are thinking about using Infinity Sports, however, be sure to be wary of all the fine print and make sure it's the right internet gambling site for you.
