SportsInteraction is the most frusterating sportsbook I have ever experienced! First I try to deposit via Visa does not work on their side, so I phoned them and was lied too many of times about when this issue would be fixed. Well 2months later it is still not working. Now I know that some credit card companies won't let you use your card for gambling sites, but mine has and still does. I know it is on their side cause I contacted Visa and the request for the transaction doesn't even make it to them! Second their website is forever going down, it is about as stable as a drunk with one leg! Thirdly I made a deposit using their Use My Bank Deposit option (since I couldn't use credit card) and that is suppose to be deposited into your account immediately! Well guess what it came out of my bank account and did not reach my sportsinteraction account! So back on the phone I go, and tell them what just happened and the girl said not to worry try logging in in 20 min... Ya ok I will try that. 30 min later I try and still nothing. So back on the phone I go and talk to a superviser (SHIAN or Cyanne). She now tells me that the transaction is lost between use my bank and sportsinteraction and it will have to go through their accounting department. I said that is great what about my bets tonight? Sorry I can't do anything for you! Surprise surprise I thought and that was the last straw. I know deal with VIPsports who has better odds, customer service that know what is going on and I have not been lied to yet! Vip Sports is a professional sportsbook, where sportsinteraction is brutal in about evewry way. Oh ya one more thing, when you make a withdrawl via their E check method which is suppose to be free they charge $14.00 for every withdrawl. sorry this is one bad sports book!
